Dunno about a 'barber', but you could probably find someone up in the healing fields with a pair of clippers.

Look for the glamour and grooming tent on the walk from T&C towards Will Green. Assuming it's in the same place. Not a barber but they do let the fellas in.

There is a hairdresser onsite (I am booked in for a hairdye on Thursday) - it's near Williams Green.  They get booked up pretty quickly.
