Emperor Fields Facilities

Recommended Posts

Having attended KC2016 and been disappointed with the number of facilities provided by Club Class, can anyone advise what facilities are provided in Emperor Fields? Would I be right to assume that if staying in Emperor Fields there is no need to upgrade further to Club Class (not for me but for the wife who likes a proper toilet!)

Thanks for your help in advance

If shitting from a height into a wheelie bin is a proper toilet then no need to upgrade to club class .

Emperor was all about easy set up being closer to your car and a more relaxed camp . There is showers there is a good place it's ok . But if your wanting porcelain toilets you still need club class I would say.

Having done one Emporer field and one in the shire,  really for me there's  little advantage for paying the extra money.  Apart from the short distance from car to campsite.

Keep this to yourself, but the family camp (by whatever name) is what emporers is supposed to be (except the car parking bit). Loads of space and friendly neighbours. I had friends who arrived in emporers on Friday to find the only space to pitch was by the fence in what was once a fire lane.

We had the same issue although we stopped in the Great Holmes field, but some of the others stopped in the Emporers field, and came to visit us in the GH field - they said it wasnt worth the money staying in the Emporers field and should have just got the same tickets as us.

    • Where was this announced, if i may ask?   I really lucked out with a great spot for Ninajirachi up front with ample dancing space. What a crazyass vibe.   Overall it wasn't my favorite edition but the Friday and Saturday experiences justify a return trip next year.

    • If Werchter pulled in Blink and Foos plus like Sabrina if she's touring and got System if they are I'd be more inclined to try it vs RIP if they got Blink, Foos and System. I don't at the moment, maybe reflection will be different, think that RIP is greatly setup for overseas travelling over. It feels more like currently day festival days with a camping over separate rather than hotel as its included.
    • I think many US people are fed up with the US and have definitely discovered how amazing it is to come to Barcelona for a better experience and way cheaper than back home.   Surely PS doesnt set up a huge commercial festival only to not put in place a system where QR codes can’t be re-used?
    • They'll get Foo Fighters as well.
