didnt have it once, cant stand the stuff, when I did buy a pint from one of the bars it was always an ale from the cornish arms or the avalon inn. turborg is fucking vile....as it thatchers on the cider front.....apple flavoured chemicals in a pint glass do not make good cider(see strongbow) I know its about the money but do glasto really need the money from drinks deals that badly considering what they make? be nice if they dropped the idea and were able to offer people a larger selection.it was good to see ales like tribute from the `taverns` and real cider from the cider bus being offered but that should be site wide!

I assume, and I could be wrong here, that the festival do not specify a particular brand of lager/cider. More likely is that they contract the bars out to WBC who provide the alcohol, so it's them you need to take issue with.

I don't think I drank any Tuborg, but I did spend way too much money in the craft cider stalls. The first time I went to one there was somebody asking for "a pint of cider".

in 2014 there was 90+ bars and the main bar operator is now ' Avalon Bars & Events ' although the WBC is a close second - these Beer/cider contracts are very complex and its not just over money - the current beer contract runs out after Glasto 2016 and is at this current time still under negotiations
