Disclosure actually might be in with a shout, maybe play after Tinie on Thursday?

Doubt it seeing as chase and status are there on the Thursday.

Tbh I'd be content with thew Thursday being Ellie goulsing, tinie, disclosure and chase and status. By no means a strong line up but disclosure are a decent act

Hoping for the smaller ones to be something along the lines of....

Hurts

Major Lazer

Twin Atlantic

London Grammar

Disclosure

White Lies

Wilkinson

Id be surprised if the last acts announced will even be of that calibre the way its been going....

I'll be amazed if any of these bands are added, far too good i think! But as far as that list goes id love it if so!

Is there anywhere in beni town that I can get a shit tattoo, and regret it almost immediately?

I'll do it for ya, i'll take some rusty needles and dodgy ink out with me, then you'll regret it.

I'll do it for 8 euros and a 4 pack of san miguel.

Just thought I would stick up for tinie abit, as we all agree tinie is obviously not a headline act at all. But for one he didn't choose to be headline if that is gonna be the case. Plus he is alright a number of decent songs and will get birds and will be good to see! It is fib who have master minded this so should be gettin the flack instead. I think some of it is to do with his genre n not being indie. But a mix is always good! Plus all these people hoping or clashes is crazy give him a chance plus he will attract the birds so enjoy it!!!

chance of someone like major lazer playing?

Was hoping for them myself mate, and the chemical brothers when I had high hopes before it become apparent that Beni is fucked. I'll be going elsewhere next year, but still looking forward to the friday and sat this year

Thank you. But that makes the whole show around 6 hours ? ??

That's why it's spread out over 4 days instead of 2 or 3, it's why they start late in the day instead of mid day and why they have gaps between bands.

We discussed this ages ago.

For 20th anniversary they all get 20 minutes.

rubbish! So what did they get previously then?

Usual to be about 45 - 60 mins for lower acts and about 1 1/2 for headliners (as previous years).

To most people, myself included they have "sit down" "shes a star" and the American Pie one.

Check out Sound, Laid and Sometimes if you really want a flavour of James and their live show. Seen them about 4 times in as many years - awesome. Not overly impressed with the latest album (a bit smaltzy), but the other recent one 'The Night Before' has some decent enough stuff on it.

But don't take my work for this (after all I'm not a great fan of The Beatles - and let's not start that particular debate again), check out YouTube.

    • It was awful during Father John Misty and I was close to the front. People just shouting and laughing their f-ing heads off about nothing in particular and being louder than the bloody stage.
    • Other things I noted yesterday, away from the obvious…   Positives: - an extra water point towards the back left of the main stages has appeared, which I believe is new for this year (and was much needed) - handing out free ponchos was a good touch  - caroline were fantastic. I’d never been in the Auditori Rockdelux before, it’s a wonderful venue and a great venue if you fancy a more chilled out environment  Negatives: - the talkers. I know it’s always bad here (and most festivals nowadays) but f**k me people wouldn’t shut up yesterday. I wonder if it was partly as a result of people being at artists they had little interest in (due to rain limiting their options), although it wasn’t great during blood orange. We’ll be making an effort to get a spot nearer the front for anyone we particularly care about over the weekend  - not enough staff around (and the ones that are there are largely useless). Most other festivals have them everywhere and are happy to help
