is T alright for the over 30s/40s?

im looking at trying to get tickets with my mates. our group ranges from 30 to 45 are we gonna stick out a mile? be honest guys.

I know from past festivals it doesn't really matter but for some reason I feel T is a very young festival??

Definitely no problem. I'm 44 and been going for years. If ur up for a laugh Ul have a ball. No1 cares bout age, if anything the young ones wish there parents were cool enough to go ha ha

The past couple of years have alienated anyone with a music taste that goes back more than 10 years.

I'm over 40 and gave it a miss last year for the first time in about 11 years. Horrendous lineups recently, and we will find out tomorrow if it has had the major kick in the arse it needed.

What frankblack said. It used to be fine with oldies going back every year since day 1 but they appear to have got out the broom in 2012 and changed direction with really shite lineups. Out of a group of about 30 regular goers over 35 only 2 went last year and that's because they bought the tickets out of habit. If you like the line up though go! I've never felt old at T.

Red Day has been going since inception so he's a right al bastard but nah plenty mature gentlemen and women attend every year

No problem at all for any age. There's been an increasing number of younger people 18-21 in the last 5 years but you still won't feel out of place.

If anything you will make new pals that refer to you as "Auld Yin" or "Big Man" all weekend. Sorted!

Im nearly 40 and I can't see a time when I wont go. Sure the line up caters more for a younger crowd but its a great weekend.

I'm in this age group this is my 17th T......

7 on the bounce with my 17 year old son

I moan about the line up but I do enjoy the weekend.

Yeah. I have been going to some of the smaller festivals in the UK in recent years where I find lineups that better suit my taste.
