BGW
I would tolerate Ben Howard much more if he was relatively low main stage. But would they put five solo artists on the same stage in a row?
DomDom1984
No, and it's not happening, so rejoice!
foolee
I get the feeling this is how the stage splits will look: Friday Main Biffy Clyro Ed Sheeran Ellie Goulding Bastille Manic Street Preachers Radio 1 Steve Angello Alesso You Me At Six Chvrches Tuts Pixies Haim Trans Maximo Park Saturday Main Calvin Harris Paolo Nutini Pharrell Williams Rudimental James The Stranglers Radio 1 Elbow Bombay Bicycle Club Twin Atlantic Embrace Nina Nesbitt Sophie Ellis-Bextor Tuts Ben Howard The 1975 John Newman Katy B Ella Eyre Trans Clean Bandit We Are Scientists George Ezra Sunday Main Arctic Monkeys Jake Bugg Example Tinie Tempah Franz Ferdinand Newton Faulkner Radio 1 Disclosure Imagine Dragons Kaiser Chiefs Passenger Inspiral Carpets Tuts Above & Beyond London Grammar Tame Impala Kodaline Sam Smith Chance The Rapper Trans Metronomy The Twilight Sad
DomDom1984
I think it'll be Manics into Pixies in Tuts. Other than that, it looks good. EDIT: Oh, and if it's Embrace before Twin Atlantic after doing the same with Travis last year, that'd be a total joke. Matt42
Rudimental are on the Radio one, I imagine they are subbing elbow and clashing with Paolo
DomDom1984
Where was it confirmed that Rudimental are on Radio One?
Doug85
might make sense subbing elbow but i would expect them to be on main stage at 4ish

Matt42
Clashes would kill me though, remember you'l only get to see three of those.
DomDom1984
So no answer of the Rudimental/Radio One question then? Where was it confirmed?
Matt42
"Rudimental are on the Radio one, I imagine" I know the grammar of the sentence was wrong (looking back at it) what I meant was I imagine Rudimental are on the radio one. Sorry for the confusion, I can't see them taking a low slot when they are subbing IOW.
DomDom1984
It wouldn't surprise me. I see it being Rudimental, Pharrell, Nutini, Harris on main stage though. Well, Nutini and Pharrell might be switched in position, but you know what I mean.
teendy
Friday I'm in love will be headlining transmissions stage on the friday, they did last year I'm sure
DomDom1984
I think they might go in the Cabaret tent this time. You're right about where they were last time. They were magnificent.
Matt42
Even if Rudimental are subbing the radio one that's quite a decent booking for T to have. They easily could of got a bigger slot, judging by how big they are right now. Third down at V, subbing IOW. Getting them to sub the second stage is a coup. DomDom1984
T have done that a few times in the past though. Folk who headline Glasto subbing at T and stuff. I still think they do main stage though. Especially behind three acts like that, and with Paolo Nutini likely to be the guy on after them, that's bound to cushion any blow of being that far down the bill. That said, it's probably the right sort if spot for them anyways.
Ukulelelad92
It would make more sense to have rudimental sub radio 1: They would have darkness for their full set ( near enough) and it would work Rudimental- calvin for the house/ dance fans
DomDom1984
They'd get the equivalent of a Sunday night headline set, so I don't imagine they'd get much darkness.

DomDom1984
Aye, which is why they'd have the equivalent of a Sunday headline set. Which is almost fully light. Calvin starting at 23.30. So finishing at 23.00 for Rudimental.

DomDom1984
They'd get an hour and 15 minutes at least, being a sub, and that's the going rate for that slot.
