Firstly Hi All :bye:

I've heard storys of pages crashing when submitting details, so What If it crashes when submitting the registrations ? do you hit back button or F5 ?

This is where the What If comes into it .

What do you do if when you F5 or back button resubmit your registrations and it says these numbers have been used ? (due to page crashing fisrt time ) when you know they haven't, I guess if that happens we're F----D Just Curious.

Thanks

Tunk

The registrations are not deemed as 'used' until the booking has completed, if it fails before you have completed you can try again, if you try again and the registration comes up as 'used' the original booking completed (even if the final page didn't show), that's when See confirmed a booking had been made.

As above, don't panic.

Definitely F5! This worked for me last year. The first time it took me 20 minutes to get the page back up, but it was still there.

Once I had a booking page, even if it crashed, I stuck with F5 until I got it back. I got 15 tickets in 4 bookings. This was 4 separate 'from scratch' attempts, but every time I had to use the F5 several times to get my booking page through.

That's really helpful Amfy xx F5 always worked very successfully for me in the past, but last year my group were all thrown by the 'auto-refresh' holding page you got after submitting your registration details (first stage of booking process). That page didn't refresh. The advice from @GlastoFest on Twitter is to F5 if you get a crash or timeout, rather than press 'back'. There is no queue system - your request will go through the millisecond there's a space it seems.

I was under the impression that F5 isn't a good idea if you've already got so far. If you get to the booking page and it crashes, hit the back button, and you should get the booking page again. F5 just puts you back to the beginning

probably
