Me too. Our 'local one' seems like a day trip for some people, they all line up across the paths chatting, ambling along. Is it ok to admit to IKEA rage? I've actually photographed the layout as I spent 35 minutes trying to get out once more directly than following their arrows. *sigh*

Afternoon!

1. I am terrified of Ikea. I've only been 3 times. It's like a weird mix of agoraphobia and claustrophobia. It is weird.

2. Yog- have a great time! :)

3. I have oats and yoghurt most days for brekkie.

4. It is nice out!

5. List's are better when there are an odd number of points.

:)

I think Woffy's now decomposing in some neighbour's compost bin for asking about the Boeing lawnmower. I'll ring the police.

3. I'm lazy in the mornings.

4.It IS very nice outside.

5. I've been listening for the same song for 40 minutes now. Anybody have any music suggestions?

1. We passed Ikea on the buse in Lanzerote

2. I have yoghurt frequently. The dairy product, not the Birmingham resident.

4. It's nice to throw a spanner in the works with some lists

5. I'm not a morning person

6 musically, hombre lobo by eels, best of Simon & Garfunkel, anything by Bob Marley?

    • Yesterday was was Primavera is all about and a reminder of why I come back every year. I saw 9 acts, very diverse in terms of genre and vibe, and most of them were great.  Highlights:   The Cure - have wanted to see them for years. Finally caught them and it was immaculate. Robert Smith's vocals at his age are incredible. The band sounded exactly like the albums which is impressive. 2.5 hours with basically no filler somehow.  Viagra Boys - what a front man! So much energy. Non stop moshing. Sound was great, vibe was top notch. Again 10/10 for me.  Rilo Kiley - basically what pipan said. Not a huge crowd but nice vibe, good sound. Different from the other acts I saw.   I also enjoyed the late night electronic stuff with Aurora Halal and KI/KI being fun. Caught some of Skrillex before Aurora Halal and it was cool in it's own way but not really my thing so we left.
    • Dream Blink day    Blink - Turnstile - Neck Deep - The Story So Far
    • The vibe for Avalanches was spectacular, but i totally understand not wanting to wait in a queue for however long it was.   I had to miss Ethel Cain to queue. Bit annoying, but I had never seen the Avalanches before (either live or DJ set) and it was every bit as joyful as I hoped.   Great little stage, either way.
    • The Smashing Pumpkins are also a shout
