I never tried for tickets (I'm not parting with cash until there's a line up) but I see there are comments on Twitter and FB from some people who managed to get £99 tickets at 9.30??

Sounds like a fuck up, and a possible scam if people have paid £150 when they thought they were trying to get £99 tickets.

Judging by a lot of comments, think this has left a very sour taste in people's mouths.

A few years ago, they never had all the negative comments they are getting now.

I managed to snatch a £99 ticket, and one of my mates purchased a £129 ticket at around 5 past 9. I know a number of people who missed out, and I can understand why they are disappointed. However I feel that £139 + bf is still a very reasonable for a 3 day festival. As RN have said online, that's £20 less than last year (£159 + bf).

As for booking fees, that is standard across the board? Don't get me wrong, they are horrendous, but it's like that when buying tickets for any gig or festival these days. RockNess don't have control over what booking fees they charge either, it's up to the ticketing company; See, Ticketmaster etc.

The moaning/abuse on FB and Twitter is unreal. Ah well, looking forward to find out who's on the bill now, counting down the days until what still remains my favourite weekend of the year..
