Tell you what lads watched Samuray Del Sol last night wrestle in Wolves, guy is an immense talent. WWE or TNA will come knocking soon I imagine.

Also Haskins won't be far from getting a return to Impact IMO, he has gotten SO good at being a heel, his promo and ring work last night was fantastic!

Well wwe are having an overhaul in development at the moment, they released 7 people the other week, and apparently are going to release more soon. its down to their new performance centre it seems, and they're supposedly dropping people without improvement and picking up talent who only need a small bit of improvement to make it at the top.

ironically have found NXT to be more entertaining than raw at the moment

I really want to start watching NXT, its JR and Regal on commentary isn't it? And Dusty Rhodes as GM?

Tony Dawson and Regal most of the time, JR pops in on occasion though. Aye, but he doesn't really make many appearances. It's better than the main shows in my opinion, especially in match quality. Regal's commentary is top notch as well, would love to see him get a shot on the main roster at some point.

recently its been alternating with Regal & Tony Dawson, and then scott stanford & brad maddox for some reason.

but yeah some of it is top notch compared so the shite that RAW and SD have most of the time.

plus Sami Zayne (el generico) has started wrestling so its all good.

half of them could walk into the main roster considering some of the jobbers that waste air time...

Thought Slammiversary was pretty good apart from the ending, Where the hell was the TNA roster to help Sting. Makes no sense. Thought it was a good match though. Pulling the canvas off the ring was a great spot.

Angle/AJ was really good once again.

Knockouts match might have stole the show? What a spot at the end

The amount of errors TNA make as well is a joke. Just little things like saying a match is up next when it isn't and showing a highlight video of Sting from a completely different year. There was a few more stuff like this I noticed.

I know it doesn't really matter but it just bugs me when they make so many errors like this. WWE rarely do that.

ooh and forgot to mention, whoever watches nxt, the wyatt family are getting bumped up to the main roster at some point, 2 promos aired on raw in consecutive weeks. can't wait in all honesty as their gimmick is one of the better ones on nxt at the moment

Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson signed for TNA and Bellator.

Thats the big name then.

Its a pretty fucking massive name! Also gunna have a reality TV show on Spike too.

Think it'll be a long time until we see him wrestle, King Mo still hasn't wrestled yet.

Rampage is making his TNA debut on Thursday tho, Bully Ray has already said on twitter he and Aces and Eights will be there to meet him. This needs to get hyped more, this could do SERIOUS numbers for TNA. I saw from the press release, Rampage got some of the highest rating for Spike on UFC fight night and Ultimate Fighter.

BTW

Still haven't caught Slammiversary, I fell asleep 10 mins before it started Sunday! Woke up half way thru but was too tired to start watching, I'll watch on Challenge

    • Where did you see this?
    • No idea how it'll work in a festival setting but really enjoying Prewn at the moment.
    • Lineup announced, with the dates having been pushed back to 12th and 13th September. Tickets on sale tomorrow 8:30am.   12th September Chaka Khan Jack Savoretti Lulu Emeli Sande Texas ABC The Script   13th September Simple Minds Deacon Blue Level 42 Appleton Blue James Blunt Cast   I think it’s a pretty weak lineup compared to previous years to be honest - and think it’s quite lazy they’ve gone down the Scottish route so much (not sure Simple Minds would be classed as a headliner elsewhere in the UK).

    • I've been saying that it's been due for years. I don't recall anything but good luck, mainly, since 2016.   If we could get the bad year out of the way during the fallow year, and return to glorious sunshine next year, that would be most welcome.
