I can't stand Bloc Party so just think how i used to feel, it was like groundhog day for a few years! But tbh i didn't waste all my time moaning, i just found an alternative act to watch and happily went about enjoying my festival

I think what most pisses me off about them is that they're playing below The Cure. All I wanted from the lineup was a band below The Cure who I'd mildly enjoy while waiting for them to come on. Instead we got fucking Paramore.

Im annoyed they're below the Cure because my girlfriend's a massive fan of both meaning Ill have to wait through Paramore <_<

Plus these forums are terrible, they got me hoping that Pixies could be there instead which would probably make for the greatest evenins of music i could possibly imagine.

In 2010 I remember all you could hear throughout each song was varying chants of:

'Get your tits out!', 'BLINK! BLINK! BLINK! BLINK!' and 'OFF! OFF! OFF! OFF!'

They were pretty shit to be honest, and they are a terrible sub to The Cure, but unless I'd be willing to give them another chance over bloody Foster the People! But still hoping for someone brilliant on Lock Up...

    • Got HBO Max to watch football so watched One Battle After Another which is a great film and deserves its awards and then rewatched Magnolia and that is a flipping amazing film...so much in it. (also rewatching Angels In America series which is also amazing).
