Utah saints dance tent contingancy plan being worked out, cheers for reminding me jonnie !

Hope to catch up with as many as I can, dont be shy to come over for a drink or cuppa or to discuss who youve seen, im with my 12 year old, its preferable to what happened in last nights hannah montana episode ! Only joking jessica if someone tells you I said that !

I'll give you a text the morra mark an let you know what the ground and stuffs like.

Hopefully aiming to be there about 1pm, going to camp in quiet camping.

Is there much of a walk involved? Got a trolley anyway so no big deal, am assuming we can come and go to the car to get supplies/stash valuable?

Well, thats everything ready....just got to empty the freezer & fridge and then load the car tomorrow morning.

One of the best things I've invested in are 3 vacuum bags for packing duvets & towels.....amazing how flat they become!! (sad of me, I know)

Leaving West Yorkshire no later than 10am now.....haven't yet decided which way I'm going....the M62/M6 fills me with dread, especially after todays incident around Bradford....decisions, decisions

    • Tell me more. Last Latitude we went to was '21 - my son was young & had a wagon so we snuck good beers in that way. I remember there being some Brooklyn IPA on sale which was tolerable - are you saying they don't sell anything other than Carlsberg now?! 😳
    • Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
