Im the same, enjoyed early enemy stuff but lost interest after that, would still watch em for old times sake though ! I do think they need to add a bit more variety to the list and a few more newer bands which im sure will come.

Just seen that The Charlatans are headlining The Magic Loungeabout the Sunday of KC...maybe a chance of them doing something Sunday afternoon as its only an 90 minute drive to Skipton from KC??

Solfest Main Stage line up announcement today apparently. Perhaps they're realised that they're not going to sell too many tickets on the back of the first announcement the other week

hmmm, just checked that solfest announcent, strangefruit, nina nesbitt, larkin poe and Emily Barker & the Red Clay Halo.

the announcement had better add a few decent names to the pile because they'll struggle to sell on the first line up announcement. i hope there is some quality added or at least a band or 2 that i could say to myself "i wouldnt mind catching them", really fancy going this year but theres no way im shelling over £300 for the 3 of us to go on the current line up

Go for Wickerman! Still uninspired by the Solfest Line-Up.I know its only 2 days, but that's plenty as a warm up to KC

yeah, very put off by solfest line up, the wickerman festival is a week before kendal and im on holiday then as well, plus the wifes parents have a holiday cottage just 20 miles from the festival site so we could go to wickerman and stay in the area for a few days before heading down to kendal.

Futureheads new album out tomorrow.

Surely in with a shout this year? Would like to see them again, not world beaters but give a great great performance!

Anybody heard any rumours about British Sea Power? Only festival where I've seen them mentioned is Truckfest, the week before KC.

Would be a good addition to the line up in my opinion.

Anybody heard any rumours about British Sea Power? Only festival where I've seen them mentioned is Truckfest, the week before KC.

Simon and Oscar from Ocean Colour Scene are doing the rounds by the looks of it doing an acoustic OCS show which is still a good show. They may be a shout to play.

If we're talking about acts for The Kaylied Tent, I'd love to see the mighty Tunng return. Their late night Kaylied performance a few years ago was pretty magical, these days they'd also make a decent headliner for The Calling Out stage.

got a feeling you might see some of the Jodrell bank supports on the card, saw Cherry Ghost last month and they were pretty good
