Drunk people are unpredictable... I wouldn't take anything particularly personally at Glastonbury.

I don't think it's necessarily evidence that the festival's changed too much. I think most of us regulars have got a bit older and a little less comfortable with teenage abandon. It's their festival too. At least they're not running through the campsites in packs late at night shouting "BRUTALISE" like the lads who scared the f**k out of my lady at Roskilde a few years ago. Every festival in the world has a few people who've imbibed too much and not been able to handle it properly.

I like the photoshame though... more people should snap pictures of unpleasant festival behaviour and post them online... Satre would approve!

Bunch of teens thining they are Bertie Big Bollocks. Some day they'll say it to the wrong person and get lamped. Good on you for not reacting to it though. The populations of Glasto means you'll always get a few twats. I'm sure there are ways and means you could get less come along, but then this might affect the diversity of the festival... if you start saying such and such and act attracts such and such a person etc.

Nice photo's though.

I agree sadly. Was next to another 'charmer' at C Neuf for Luke Concannon whose only response to every act and song was to tell them "to f*ck off" at the top of his voice.

That many people and there is always going to be a percentage that are dickheads, thats life im afraid. Most of the people are talked to were very friendly. I had my two very young kids with me and I got chatting to a group of wreckheads from manchester during Paulo Nutini and most of them were friendly, asking if the kids were enjoying it, ect. Two of them were sat down and called me over and tried, I repeat tried, taking the piss out of me cos I wasnt off my head, and every time I just laughed me head off as if theyd said something really funny, the puzzled look on thier faces as I walked back to the wife/kids was priceless. :D

No-one or no thing spoils my glastonbury !!

Don't know. I had wandered off by then, mostly due to the fact that my girlfriend and I couldn't spend another second standing near him. We were not alone in doing so. If he was still there for Mr B, I suspect that he would have hurled abuse at him as well, as he had done so for the preceding three acts.

The twat and arsehole count did seem to be higher than usual this year but didn't really affect my enjoyment. I'm more concerned by the increasing numbers of people being there as consumers of the festival rather than participants. As for Sunday night tent/chair burning that's gone on for years its just not widely reported.
