Same happened to me, luckily the person posted them on to me. I'd take up a complain with DX the delivery company, i'll be complaining when i get back. i think it's happened to a few people this year!

Get on to DX and find out where they delivered them. If you have a booking number/ticket confirmation number/postcode, etc then that might count as proof. Don't give up yet though, realistically you've still got until Friday. :)

I would demand to speak to a supervisor/manager. The people who man the phones won't be authorised to do anything. Try and get them to send a duplicate for you to collect on site. If not for tomorrow then for Thurs/Fri?

Good luck!

Ring the festival office, that is what I would do. Surely they can do something to help. After all they have helped out all the 'money and no sense' people who have been ripped off by Myhab. ;)

Sorry, that was harsh.

Also, once you've confirmed with See that they addressed them correctly, be sure to walk into your post office and make a loud protest that your tickets may have been stolen by your postman. Once the managers involved, they usually go out of there way to show you the signature, confirm when and where they delivered the parcel, claim it's not their fault, and ask the delivery postman whats what. In the past we had tickets for silverstone posted to a different house on our road. Went round ourself and they'd got them, and 'given/sold' them to someone ! - didn't take long to get them back after we called by!

The post guys are meant to confirm your identity before handing over tickets. A signature is not enough. USed to get this problem a lot in my last job.

Did they deliver to the wrong address ? Or the right address and someone who was there took them ?

If they delivered to the wrong address just get that address and get your arse around there. The number of tickets we have reissued jsut to have them returned 4 monthes later by the block who signed with a onote saying they though they should sign and forward them but never got around to it….is beyond belief.

They should have at least taken a note of the ID they took.

Oh and if they were delivered to work. Ask the security man nicely to pull the tapes. I had someone sign for my gig tickets at work once. Delivery guy told me the time, I got the tape and had him arrested at work :-) Wasn't the first time he had done it either. Scum bag.

I had my tickets delivered to work this year. A colleague bought them through to me - after DX handed them over to her wihout asking for ID or a sig.

People blame dx but in reality it's the drivers themselves at fault. Our dx guy wouldn't give our tickets to my wife without taking a photo of our house to prove he'd taken them to the right place - whereas as some obviously don't give a shit.

    • Definitely see this as being 'weak' on paper but could see a few bumps up from previous sets at Download (Don Broco, Neck Deep etc).
    • Very different in terms of time of game,  yet remember how excited I was before the first game in Euro 2016 having grown up not sure I would ever see wales in an international tournament. That day scraped a win against Slovakia and was just happy to see wales score and win at a tournament, little did I know we would finish in the top 4. Hope Scottish fans get the same experience.
