As much as I want Radiohead to play again, I'm taking the Chemical Bros hint as a Chems alt set...maybe with Wayne Coyne, Bernard from New Order etc for a collaborations set? This would be better than their normal sets, which I personally don't enjoy - could be the curse of the Other Stage Dance acts.

Anyway, Gloaming might not mean Radiohead, and if it did, why would the Chems be breaking the news?

It would be Pulp friday and radiohead saturday would it not? wasn't the sequence of events something like;

Emily says Friday not booked but Saturday is a headline act

Michael Eavis denies catagorically it's not Pulp

Michael some time later doesnt deny pulp?

I could be wrong here Though.

However I think people are getting to excited here though, Pulp AND Radiohead as special guests?!

Also on the 8th June on Thom's moving-planet post on DAS, he put "and some pretty tunes when you're in your tent in the rain."

Last year on one of his playlists he put "When your not in the office, your in the park" so this could be another hint.. maybe it will be Radiohead just playing King Of Limbs in its entirety?

probably been uttered on here already, but has anyone considered the foals.

they have voiced their love of glasto in the past. Roskilde on the 30th. potential future headliner!

no new material, so a secret slot would place them well

    • Good catch this. Used on the Main stage on Saturday like a really cheap alternative.   Cracking little day though. A few Belgian acts to start the day (Atomic Orchestra, Kids with Buns, Selah Sue), some UK/IE midsized bands to end the afternoon (Gurriers, Wunderhorse, Wet Leg) and then an evening of Deftones, Florence and Underworld.   Can’t wait to be there and (at least try to) make the most of it.
    • I would be surprised if they don't, given 2022 was the twentieth I imagine next year is going to be pushed as the 25th anniversary so having the most local big name artist possible headline seems natural. Maybe SFA are being saved for then too?
    • I’d be incredibly surprised if she was in the headline conversation at all. At best I could say a high Pyramid slot but I reckon maybe Other headliner against a rock act like Fender or even Other sub (where I have her in my predictions). I’d say Gracie Abrams is pulling similar if not better numbers to Tate and she was third down on the Other last year.
    • I dont think headliner. Other stage maybe
    • Sophie Williams (journalist and Mercury Prize judge) was on Huw Stephens' roundtable last week, said she'd love to see Overmono headline Green Man. Does feel like it's bound to happen. 2027 is surely on the cards seeing as they're about to release a new album
