The ball is rolling, we can almost taste the first sip of Burrowhill and all looking forward to the hugs and handshakes from old friends and new...but...what is that? People lurking in the distance a little daunted to say hello at the Cider Bus.

Welcome one and all, you all know how welcome and invited you are to come along to the Cider Bus at the G from 6pm on the Wednesday to enjoy many a tradition.

If you are inclined, please do introduce yourselves below and then that is the first step to an enhanced Glastonbury, meeting and and greeting the real people behind the all singing all dancing avatars and written opinions and banterings

The Cider Bus meet is such an established event, with so many old faces, new ones stick out and we want to meet you all.

Solo flyers coming to the G on their own for whatever reason, those of you that have lurked but never put one foot in front of the other and joined the throng (and yes it IS a big throng but a friendly one once you get in there), those off the leash and needing a possible escape already this is a chance to potentially find other people in the position as you and get to chat before the big event.

Those of you that HAVE taken the plunge in the past and realised that once you get to the bar and find those walking and talking Efest tees it isnt all that scary afterall, please regale your tales too

Advice, support and being friendly and helpful is what this forum is about...see you all in a few weeks

Al from west of London - 3rd trip to Glastonbury, arriving on my own and staying over tuesday night, hope to meet up in the carpark and camp in CT

Happy to swap numbers with others, as long as you realise I am not a "young thing". I am female though.
