we're starting to see eye to eye now arent we, pal.

i like what your saying here, but like if bands are doing other festivals (non-headline acts that is) it doesnt mean they wont do Reading too does it? NOFX and Stranglers for example. but otherwise i agree totally with what you've said, they're all long shots or just not gunna happen

Are At The Drive-In actually likely to play?

I've got it in my head for some reason that they are definitely going to be there .. and everybody seems to have them in their line-up predictions. But as far as i know they've only confirmed as being back for Coachella so far haven't they?

Would be so epic if they played.

    • I think it will very much vary on who there is to book who they know will sell out a day.    They’ve co-headline and full headline stuff in future, there no reason at all they won’t do it again, even if it means cutting someone’s set by 15 mins or having a band less in a big bands day…   They’re not going to not book Foo fighters and instead get the equivalent of Florence and C&S just to not have a band do a big set…   …unless of course they think it will make them more money…
    • Maybe some right wing leaders like Meloni are just playing to their base, like Reform have been here talking about them ending up at Calais.
    • Citizenship via investment programs basically work by saying if you invest this much in our economy (say buy a property worth x) then we will either grant you citizenship or residency with a route to it. The EU has rules on how low countries can set the bar. Montenegro was one of the easier ones to get and they've had to tighten it up.
