Obviously Glasto already have the problem sorted with registering and photo tickets but what do you think about this for a potential solution elsewhere?

A law stopping people selling tickets for more then 10% over face value sounds pretty spot on to me... shame it'll probably never happen : (

It's a great idea, but I can't see the government doing anything to harm the interests of Ticketmaster, Viagogo etc. The last 'Labour' government wasn't interested, I'm pretty certain a Tory one won't be.

Had to laugh at Viagogo's response though-it'll affect people who can't go to gigs. Er, no it won't you bottom-feeding scum, people will still be able to sell them on, just at a restricted value. f**king carbetbaggers.

I don't really see how it's enforceable tbh.

For Gigs, some sort of refund system that can be fed into a wait list for the gig would probs help with out right ban on touting like football matches!
