Megadog always pulled it out the bag, I remember working at the Phoenix Festivals and the Megadog tent was immense!

that was a brilliant festival. we were staying in a bender just above the high water mark (not enough room for our decker) . it's the first festiva i remember that had a "drumming curfew" so the st austell residents could get some kip.

I took some photos there - and Boots confiscated the film!

I've no idea what was on it, or why they wouldn't let me have it. I seem to remember they said it showed people "drug taking" (with a spliff in their hands)

That was truly one of the best festivals I have ever attended with one of the best ever line ups. I camped yards from the water's edge, went to the fest on my own (having snuck my tent into the car whilst on a family holiday). I convinced my rents that it would make more sense to send me to the fest (costwise) than paying for all the crab dinners at various pubs along the coastal paths we would be going over for the following 3 days! They agreed! Haha!

Loads of people I knew from uni and general clubbing in the South were there it turned out and I wasnt alone afterall.

I have the full programme knocking about somewhere in the loft. No idea where exactly though. If I find it, I will try and resurrect this thread if it gets lost and you dont get the full line up you are looking for.

My first "enhanced" festival experience. what great memories I have of this event. F Jams doing live d n b had me hooked. My mate tells me one evening a guy stopped us to ask for change, i pulled out my wallet which he then grabbed and ran off to then turn round 50 metres away to return it and say only joking. then walked off. random.

Ate a whole tub of haribo on the monday morning and procceeded to then chuck it up on the beach in front of a naked couple going at it in front of everyone stil there. We decided the buses back were a bad idea and had too much stuff so one of our lot went back got the car and drove it right down on to the beach. we got stuck obviousy and had to be towed out.

Does anyone have any photos of the event (non band)? we only had one disposable with us and the pics never came out. would be great to see the site as it was with all the tents on the beach.
