The episode where Homer gets a new job in Cyprus Creek with that super-villain is probably my favourite. "Do you expect me to talk?" "No Mr Bond i expect you to die and be a cheap funeral... ok, your gonna die now!"

Also the one where he goes on that huge trip after eating that really hot chili, Johnny Cash guests as a weird fox, fantastic animation.

Ned: "Homer, God didn't set your house on fire."

Rev. Lovejoy: "No, but He was working in the hearts of your friends and neighbors when they came to your aid, be they [points to Ned] Christian, [Krusty] Jew, or [Apu] ... miscellaneous."

Apu: "Hindu! There are 700 million of us!"

Rev. Lovejoy: (condescendingly) "Aw, that's super."

Homer: How could you? Haven't you learned anything from that guy that gives those sermons in church? Captain What's-his-name. We live in a society of laws, why do you think I took you to see all those Police Academy movies? For fun? Well I didn't hear anybody laughing. Did you? Except at that guy who made sound effects. Vroom. Beep. Honk. Honk. Ha-ha. Where was I? Oh yeah, stay out of my booze.

The Mr Plow episode is one of mine :)

A lot of people probably hate this, but a few of the newer episodes have started referencing old episodes - I watched one the other night where in the attich there is an "I didn't do it" t-shirt & the big ugly head Mr Burns gave them for Bart's blood donation etc

I can't remember the exact circumstances (i may have been drunk), but one recent one has a bit at the end where Barney appears shouting "The Plow King rules again!!!" Genuine lol moment :)

New episode tonight as well, hurrah!

Ralph in general. So, so many.

"Hi Super Nintendo Chalmers"

"Me Fail English? That's Unpossible!"

"When I grow up, I'm going to bovine university!"

"I like boys now."

"My cat's breath smells like cat food."

"These taste like grandma"

"Your breath smells like dead bunnies!"

"My cat's name is mittens"

Ralph: Mr. Luther King had a dream. Dreams are where Elmo and Toy Story had a party, and I went there. Yay, my turn is over.

Principal Skinner: One of your best Ralph.

Ralph: My parents won't let me use scissors.

Miss Hoover: The children have a right to laugh at you, Ralph. These things couldn't cut butter. Now, take out your red crayons.

Ralph: Miss Hoover. I don't have a red crayon.

Miss Hoover: Why not?

Ralph: I ate it.

etc etc etc...

Homer: Five-alarm chili, eh?

Ned: Uh-huh.

Homer: [eats some] One, two… hey, what’s the big idea?

Ned: Oh, I admit it. It’s only two-alarm, two-and-a-half, tops. I just wanted to be a big man in front of the kids.

Todd: Daddy? Are you going to jail?

Ned: We’ll see, son. We’ll see.

    • So we've signed a Horny Czech, and Bruno's turned up the training camp instead of doing Isak's nonsense.   Still not sure I believe Bruno's staying mind, but glad he's not doing the sh*t Arsenal are asking him to do to lower the price. If they want him they can stump up.   My suspicion is that whichever of Madrid/Man City don't start next season with Rodri will go for Bruno, and one of them will come in while Arsenal have f**ked about trying to get him cheap, which while I absolutely want to keep him, would still be good enough bants and a nice middle finger that I wouldn't mind it so much. I just wish we'd report Arsenal for tapping up.   If rumours are to be believed, we're after 2 more defensive signings, and an attacking player, on top of a replacement if Bruno leaves, having already signed a LW, 2 CMs, a GK, and some youth players. Huge churn, but apart from a couple of Bazou Toure's games for Ivory Coast at the world cup, I've not seen any of them play. Over 2 summers we've basically changed our entire team aside from the CBs.
    • I think the level of headliners Bloodstock get is varied    There's been bands who have gone on to play Download in quite a low spot like Meshuggah, Behemoth, Opeth etc.    Then they've had years like 2025 where you can argue that all three headliners are download main stage sub level    Knocked Loose right now i'd argue are 3rd down on main/opus headliner level while EC and FFDP are borderline main stage sub
