ha ha is Wagner back as a wild card? He's an ex P.E teacher, imagine being taught by him, it would be soooo silly! I liked him though, bit different, and at least he doesn't CRY every two minutes like a lot of the others.

looks like gamu and her family's visa was refused cause of an admin error. that's what it said on the news tonight anyway.

Apparently the "admin error" cost her the right to appeal... Her visa was refused because the family had been receiving tax credits they where not meant to be claiming.

so under the conditions of their visa, i assume they weren't allowed to claim tax credits? i'm sure they would have been asked questions regarding their visa when they applied, although i suppose they could have lied.

Watching Live At Studio 5 tonight (I was at my mums) and they said there forum was inundated with abuse towards Cheryl Cole. One person even went as far to make the violent threat (their words) "If I ever see her I'll kick her ass!"

aye. i don't know much about immigration, but there could be other nice people who have jobs being deported, but people are only bothered about gamu because she was on the x factor.

i hate cheryl but think it's silly that she's getting the blame. she was obviously advised by the show's producers not to put gamu through. it wouldn't have been cheryl's decision.

do you mean with the wild card thing? i don't know. cheryl has been spotted filming at treyc's house though, so i imagine each judge will have went to their act's house and told them they're through to the live shows.

exactly Cheryl isn't to blame..plus if Gamu had got through..there would be more complaints/cries..let her stay bla bla, then if she got thrown off at a later date some people would blame that on the visa situation
