Arrested Development appreciation thread

Me and the good lady are in the middle of rewatching all 3 series of Arrested Development again. This must be at least the 4th time I've watched most episodes but I still find them brilliantly funny, and am still discovering jokes that I missed on previous viewings. It truely is my favourite comedy since Blackadder.

Do any of my Efests hermano's have a similar love for it?

I watched the first two series and own the rest - just never got around to watching them which is a shame, as its awesome.

Thought I would watch a couple of episodes yesterday, ended up watching half the first series

This is one of those shows it seems I should like, but it just doesn't work for me. The type of show that people who know me will say, you should watch it, you'll love it, its just the kind of thing you'll like. I'll watch it and think, that was clever, and quite amusing, but it doesn't actually make me laugh.

I do like the "teasers" for next week though.

Glad to be of service - hoped this thread would inspire a few more people to try the show.

The real payoff is when you watch it second time around. I actually think it's funnier as there are loads of gags and refenernces that you won't pick up the first time around. Enjoy
