ok im sure there will be a topic - there has to be. but the forums are moving so fast at the minute....

basically, i was disgusted to walk past bellas bridge on monday morning (stayed at the stone circle wasted until sunrise)to find that there was graffiti all over it...

a memorial bridge, which was brand new, which represents so much effort towards glasto (the place where these idiots would be having the best time ever) ruined... unbelievable, completely out of order...

This is really sad. I thought the bridge was such a lovely touch and looked so good.

Hope they can clear it up and the Eavises don't get too cheesed off with all the Dickheads.

Very sad to hear this - was a beautiful memorial bridge and hopefully it can be cleaned up sucessfully.

The two fields it links are two of my very favourites at Glastonbury and in the wet weather that area used to be treacherous for mud and you'd get stuck in it with the first rain, I thought it was beautiful and practical.

That is so sad. I thought the bridge was lovely. When we walked over it on Sunday someone has placed some flowers there.

It was disgusting.

I could understand if it was actually art and on somewhere which didn't look so nice or was just a temporary structure, but it was a memorial bridge that had just been completed. Why would you go to Glasto, with all the fantastic things going on, and decide to deface something like that? It's not even like it's going to be there next year!

That really is shocking behaviour, in such a brilliant part of the festival to! I thought the knob heads seemed to stay away from this area as well.

Gutted to hear this news, we were there the day it was opened and it was a lovely day, really quite emotional, it's horrible to think how new the bridge is and how already it's been defaced.
