Lock Ups

I am travelling by plane to Glasto, I want somewhere safe and dry to leave my passport.

Are the lockups a viable option?

Does anyone have any experience of them, or reccommendations as to where the best ones are?

they are all as safe as houses, in 13 or so Glastonburys i can't remember any bad words being said about them.

I've put all sorts of stuff in there and never had a problem

I have never heard of anything going missing from the lock ups, ever.

You can trust those cats - put your passport in a bag and deposit it, and it will be safe all weekend.

Never used one...can you put something like a sack truck in there,don't want to keep it in tent,and it would save taking it back to the car...How much does it cost?

pretty sure a sack truck would be fine, and its free

I leave a rucksack in there with all my cash and cards in and never a hint of an issue. Much safer than keeping it in my tent. Highly recommended

Whereabouts are the lockups ?

We have used the lock-ups every year - they are fantastic the only thing that has gone wrong was last year we left a ruck sack for our waterproofs ect (we were camping in the campervan field and was a long way to travel) the rucksack was left on the floor and unfortunatly got really wet and as we had not picked it up till the sun night some of the stuff inside had mildew on them. Would not stop me using them again though but would ask for someting like that to be raised off the ground.

They are brilliant

Last year took a spare small rucksack and put in passports, spare money, boat tickets, car keys, credit cards - everything all safe and sound

They ask for a donation - and it;s well worth the money for total and utter piece of mind

Theres quite a lot of different lockups around the site, your never that far from one.

Yay for the lockups- dont forget to drop them a couple of quid when you leave! Particularly as "secure" lockers cost around £15 at other festivals
