Gorillaz, how will it work?

I just watched Jonathon Ross on V+ last night and was pretty intrigued to see how the Gorillaz would perform. I’ve got to be honest I was a little bit disappointed to see them just there as a normal band with a few cartoon pictures in the back ground, I’m not quite sure what I was expecting to see as they don’t have a lot of space to work with on that small stage, but was still a little underwhelmed (although I did like the new track they sang).

Anyway my point is how will they perform at Glasto I do recall them playing behind a big screen a few years back, I think it may have been at some awards ceremony?

PS Can I just say how funny was Ross Noble by the way to anyone that seen Jonathon Ross, I haven’t laughed that hard for ages!!!!!! Any chance he’ll be on at Glasto?

I suspect there will be a lot of surprise guests on stage with them (ala Plastic Beach cd).

They will have to put one hell of a show on to appease the disappointed U2 fans and I reckon that's exactly what they'll do.

I thought they were brilliant on Jonathan Ross and the "kind of" acoustic version of Melancholy Hill was by far better than the album track.

Ross noble was an arse on the show as far as I was concerned. And oh how I love watching him putting his hair behind his ears every 10 seconds.

:P
