Ha ha! I wondered how long it would take.

Coldplay wouldnt surprise me, but i would love to see Mcartney. He's in the area and not doing anything the friday - would be amazing!

PS, Can somebody do a poll?

PPS, This forum seems to have gone into meltdown - it's busier than ticket day!

I think it will end up being Coldplay but how about they move Faithless into this slot and get some lesser mortals to fill their Sunday evening slot? Faithless play in Germany the Sunday before and then have nothing until Glasto so maybe?

Then again, as others have said, Bowie would be awesome. 40th anniversary and all that, him being at the first. His 2000 performance still remains probably one of my all time favourite gigs - gives me goose bumps thinking about it.

Bowie would be fantastic. Saw him on his last tour. Unfortunately it would be incredibly unlikely.

Man though that would p*ss off the missus. She was undecided on going, and didn't try on the resale because it was a nice day and she didn't want to come inside to the computer.

My guess would be Coldplay, but really who knows.

How much would it take for Arcade Fire / Reading to scrap their UK exclusive agreement given it's now sold-out?!

Given that impossibility; my other favoured ones as just as unlikely. Pulp reformation, Bowie (seems he's still not in the condition for a 90 min show?) and Prince (playing in Europe two weeks later but very unlikely)...

Couldn't care less for Stones, Macca myself.

I'd be somewhat dissapointed if we get Dizzie Rascal (headliner material, seriously?) and some JLS type band playing half way during the day with the others pushed up one slot.

I'm sure U2 weren't cheap at all.
