who is going to replace u2?

for me its good news,but for the festival having suh a massive band have to pull out 4 weeks before its a bit of a kick in the balls,some real bad luck.

I think they need to get a band on the same level of popularity and greatness live as U2. or just a great live headliner type band.

if possible then LED ZEP or Macca,both would be dreams come true to see live.

but if they cant get them then i think the most likely ones are:

White Stripes(jacks there saturday,megs apparently feeling better now)

Faithless(definately good enough live and very popular,just make sure the band to replace them on 2nd slot on sunday is decent,ide like primal scream or the coral to come to glasto as 2nd headliner.)

Gorillaz(not sure bout tour dates,and damon is relucutant to try out do the blur performance,but hes gota love playing here so u never know)

Radiohead(sposed to have played last few years,doing new album i think,good time as any for them to come back)

Pulp reunion? haha,go on,just for glasto!.

ide be happy enough if the cure headlined,not sure how likely it is at the moment.

Mr.Casablancas is playing on sunday get him and his mates the strokes to come down early and play on friday.

Suprised no-ones mentioned Arctic Monkeys yet.

The only band I'd really want to see out of all the ones mentioned is Gorillaz, a few of the people who feature on Plastic Beach are there anyway! If they play Stylo early on Mos Def will have time to run over to the stage he's one as well.

Or just bump up Rolph!
