Seetickets Nightmare !

Intresting as I did end up getting phone call, but I kept checking my bank balance when I paid it off to make sure and it didn't go through for like 2 weeks so I phoned them up, they said it was fine at the time and then another week latter phoned to tell me it wasn't, so it would seem there systems ain't the clearest. Hopefully they will honour as so many people seem to have been effected by this dodgey system of there's!

My only advice is to be polite, it will help a bit more

Just received a call from See Tickets and they are not willing to help

According to their records they sent me an email on 7th October telling me they couldn't get the money from my account and asked me to resubmit. I did not receive this email but they are not willing to accept this. They also would not tell me why they couldn't get the money. Data Protection apparently. All I can do is try the resale.

I am shaking with disbelief. I have been under the impression since October that I have a ticket and this morning I discover that I haven't. Please wake me up from this nightmare!!

bulb I'd guess you're inputting your registration number (i.e. specific to just your photo registration) as opposed to the reference number relating to the whole order (e.g. for all the tickets your ordered), cos that's a different number. I just did the same thing

Search for the email from See starting with 'Ticket Order Confirmation' & next to that will be the reference number you need to use for tracking purposes.

So after breaking down when I had to tell my sister and finding out from my mum that we never checked the account afters, I rang and while I was calming myself down, I went to look for the confirmation email and noticed a different number. Tried that and it worked.

BREATHE.

What a f**king dose. Why would they do that to me!

Yeah I mean if this was Electric Picnic or Oxegen I'd get over it. But the fact mam's taken a week off work and we would have had to cancel the ferry and all the rest of it. Heart crushing. It's our holiday this year like.

Yeah... it'll be a few hours before my heart beats back in a semi-regular pattern again.
