Glastobirthday

I am a very lucky boy...my birthday always seems to fall at Glasto...the 25th of June, so the Friday this time.

Is anyone else blessed so?

No me, but I did have my 28th birthday at Big Chill last year (early August) - which was the day we arrived. Pretty much wrote off the entire Friday due to over consumption :-(

We'll be celebrating my H's 30th even though it's the week before. It is usually when we are at the IOw but not going this year.

It's not my birthday but it is my non Glasto going boyfriends birthday on 29th June. Last year this was the Monday which meant my very kind mate who was driving getting up at 5am to drive home. Lets just say I wasn't in the best of states to celebrate with him that night. At least it's the Tuesday this year.

its my 34th on the wed this year , so i shall be getting merry, watching football and queuing in Traffic , and getting back ache carrying the beer in , but definatly cant complain . I love Glasto and having 180.000 + people turn out for it is awesome . Get me a beer in guys if you see me I shall be wearing a birthday badge !!

Yep. My birthday is on the 24th. Last year i was lucky enough to spend all of it in a stupid Traffic Jam. Falls on the Thursday this time so get to make up for it. Cant wait

a girl whos meant to be coming with us has her birthday on 27th june- the sunday of glasto!

her first glasto too (if she does still want to come & gets a ticket)

she might have gone off the idea of a festival due to the recent episodes with seizures i guess

My Birthday is also on the 27th of June and I'd love to be at glasto to celebrate it, as I've never been, reading these forums just makes me want to go every year, but I cannot convince any of my mates at all. I guess it's to far for some people (we live in motherwell), have contemplated going myself....but that's as far as I've got.
