its not that bad.

theres no Queen in it for a kick off - that would make it x10 worse!!

If you think Queen belong in any list containing the frauds that were Abba, you're mental. I don't care how much you hate them.

I wouldn't even put Kasabian anywhere near those Swedish w**kers. Abba truly stand alone - a bit like Josef Fritzl did at the last Fritzl Christmas family photo.

if their queen fans, they deserve to be offended. their very existance offends me. in fact, i mentioned them in this thread, and threw up on my computer. im typing this through lumps of half digested sandwich and its less offensive than 1 bar from those turd burglurs

What?

Right, so I have to scratch the following off my list of bands I like then, do I?

Pink Floyd

The Rolling Stones

Elvis Presley

The Beatles

Led Zeppelin

Great. Thanks for that.

First gig was King @ Hamersmith, how I wanted his check trousers :P .. I'd wanted to see Tears for Fears the year before at Southend, but my parent banned me for being too young :-)

Then got heavily into rap /hip hop .... so Beastie Boys, LL Cool J, and Run DMC as a gig stands out as a good one :P and Mantronix at Brixton Academy.. then I vaguely remember some 12 hour rap/hip hop concert at Wembley - I think it was called UK Fresh !!!

My teenage/early twenties years were spent at 'Essex radio Soul night specials' and London radio Soul nights out

Oh the memories

I also Love Quo...

This could be seen these day's as a naff dad rock band .. But I think they picked up some fan base

last year with glasto performance, and If you lived through their peak (which I didn't - my first taste was 1984) you will know them as the 'kaiser chiefs' , neigh 'Muse' of their generation :-)

    • 1. Baby Dave - Billy 2. A - Prang   Not really got round to listening to many more in May so not really fair to vote but shoutout to EPs from Bleech 9:3 - Bleech 9:3 & Villanelle - Measly Means
    • Guitarricadelafuente was bloody brilliant tonight. This is going to be a very Spanish focussed year for me. Rusowsky dragging out Las Ketchup on Saturday has the potential to be a Prima magic moment.
    • £112 for standard entry. No thank you.
    • Meanwhile Gracie Abrams is £92 for the cheapest with the average price around £160 for lower tier and £103 standing.   First time in a while I've gone from a definite yes to a definite no on price alone.   Amble was £31 this morning.
