Going by the size of the crowd they pulled and the amount of horror stories I heard about them last year, and bear in mind that was Main Stage, I have a gut feeling that NME headline probably won't happen...

what i meant was, last year they played every festival and nobody knew how well the new material would go down. you have to assume that due to just how popular they are again, if they were reading exlusive they would probably headline...

Saw them tonight in Southend brilliant gig. but pretty predictable set lists and keith and Maxim yelling the F word alot. top raving fun tho.

They're great live, but very cheesy.

Give them a break for at least a year, the last thing you need is R&L having the same acts every year and turning into TITP. It was bad enough with Bloc Party.

I reckon they will play v this year. Same main stage slot as Reading last year. Therefore no chance for of seeing them at Reading this year. Don't want to book the same bands every year that would be boring.

The problem is Reading had so many good acts last year, it's gonna be hard to follow that up this year. IMO

they are doing their own thing in milton Keynes which doesn't show any indication of selling out soon. I'd think they wont be doing any major festival to try encourage their MK show.

I might go to the milton keynes Gig, it sounds good.

However I won't be getting a ticket till nearer the time.

I think its right what someone said about them being last years festival whore that no one is particularly that bothered to see them again.
