I remember it! Had an awesome hog roast there in 2008 and kept an eye out for it last year. Cant remember exactly where it was, on one of the main routes between the pyramid and the other i think. Possibl on the one that runs to the back of the other stage and brought you out near where the queen's head was that year.

It was on the row of bars and stalls walking from the Other Stage to the Pyramid. I was walking from the Other Stage to watch Jay Z and came across a fantastic 10 piece jive band all dressed in red. Ending up stopping for the whole set and missing the start of JayZ but definitely worth it.

    • Ok, ok, I have done it! Not because of limitless upvoats but to support the Efestivals site.
    • She was/is 100% in the mix, but I don't know specific timings and how it relates to that interview. They've clearly gone after her, again.   It could be read in a number of ways - she was in negotiations at that point, she was talking about BST (and he's interpreted it, as we have, as Glastonbury). Who knows
    • So sad to see the news that John Douglas of the Trashcan Sinatras has died. They only released their latest album last week and it is wonderful.  So underrated and a member of such a great long running band that have meant so much to me over the last 40 years. https://trashcansinatras.com/blogs/news/john-douglas-1963-2026
    • listening to jamie east's podcast earlier he said that he'd heard fender is confirmed, and that as of 2 weeks ago Madonna hadn't been approached.
    • which would make that Graham Norton interview nonsense .... although obviously things change
