I'm having problems - got through, filled in all my details, including debit card, hit submit and it crashed. Went back to try it again and it said I'd already placed a deposit - but no confirmation screen, no email and no money's gone from my account

Has anybody else had the same problem? How can I get around it?

Hi,

I booked my ticket, and got the confirmation saying it was done, and we will send an email out etc.

But i didnt go through the Visa card verification bit.

Anyone else?

Same thing happened to me. Crashed on the buying page, then said reg numbers had been used, well two of them, so tried with the other 2 and it said they have been used as well.

Judging by what other people have said above I think we should be ok.

Why is it never bloody easy !!!!

Has any one had a confirmation page? I also got all way through to placing order (card details etc added) and then it crashed but now it says registration numbers already used. Why does this sort of thing happen every year????

Hmmm, so after numerous page refreshes it is now telling me that the 2 registration numbers i used have already placed a depost. Does this mean that one of the refreshes went through? What to do..?

I think I read somewhere that in order to book a car park or campervan ticket at least one person ticket in your order must be fully paid for.

I was going to pay full on my ticket and deposits on the other 4 in my group. When I saw the option to pay deposits or full price tickets I went for deposits on all. I did it on the basis that I didn't want to chance having to go through the booking process twice, once for deposits, once for full price tickets.

It didn't give me the option for vehicle tickets either

After trying to submit it again, it threw me back to the registration number page, saying they were all used. So no sitesecure page for the credit card company, and no confirmation the card was OK, and most importantly no confirmation of tickets. So have I got tickets or not?

One of my friend's registration numbers is not being recognised, even though I have taken it straight from his confirmation email! Why do I have all this stress?!

If you get the queue message, might be worth opening another internet tab/window and keep trying in there, I did and i got through booked and confirmed while the first window was still in the queue !

I had the problem with it crashing after I submitted the card details but looks like I should be fine now...just hoping to get my confirmation email soon...

On a more positive note; what are the actual dates for next year? I need to prepare my glastonbury countdown ready for getting the confirmation email.

Me too. Reg numbers already used message. My mate reckons he has seen a page that says if you see this then it means you areOK.

I am worried that I wasn't taken to my banks clearing security screen thingy?

Did anyone get the bank clearance security thingy?

After getting my tickets quite easily I almost feel a little robbed that I didn't have to to refresh for hours whilst redialling seetickets on 2 phones!!!

(Sorry if that sounds insensitive to those that are having a stressful time of it).
