I have no idea what any of that means but i hope they will be showing the football!

They best show any England games, or I'll be gutted!

If England's last game is on a Weds / Thurs, they'll show it on the big screens like they did for the England vs. Portugal Euro 2004 game.

If England's last group game is on the Friday, I guess it'll be on at the cinema screen. Which will be rammed.

Ditto if the second round match falls on the Saturday or the Sunday. If it's on the Monday, I doubt they'll be showing it at all.

I'm guessing those times there are local time South Africa? What's the time difference? It's about two hours ahead, isn't it?

Although I love football, I think the last thing I would want to do at Glasto is watch the football. To much else to do.

"Glastonbury is about music and love man, not about football" whinging brigade. God they bore me.

Impossible to tell which games will be Englands yet (assuming we finish off the job). We were fortunate last time that the portugal game fell on the wednesday so there was no worries with the scheduling.

I wonder what the festival's decision will be if they fall during the friday - sunday. I'm guessing the cinema tent will have to do.

I thought the Portugal game last time round was on the Thursday. Could be mistaken, it was a few years ago now!

I think it would be fantastic if they showed it at the Pyramid field or maybe even the other stage? I know there would be clashes with the bands but maybe they could start a bit earlier leaving a slot open for the football? Or would that be impossible due to the license?

i decided to drop at the end of normal time in anticipation of an England win. Coming up big time while losing on penalties was a mixture of emotions to say the least

I kinda remember it being over, England losing and everyone kinda shrugging their shoulders and dispersing to the four corners of the site. The knowledge of the three days to come seemed to be much more on people's agenda than being upset by football that night.

The half time cheer when Glasto came up on the BBC coverage was immense mind. Apparently more people watched it on that there hill then anyother single place on the planet - including the stadium itself!

I can remember that in the second half I was completely unable to compute that we had changed ends. I am a season ticket holder as well - it's not like I didn't know that they change ends at half time! I became convinced we were the team in red and it all got highly confusing and frustrating!

Watching football at Glastonbury is great but doesn't always work that well for me!
