You watch...if they're out and IF V get somebody in to fill the space (rather than shuffle everybody up one) it'll be Kasabian...

Hey...I'm gonna have a quick whip round and get Lily Allen some go-karting vouchers...anybody else fancy chipping in??

Agreed! I don't know how many of my mates reckon Kasabian are the best band they have ever seen live. But I want to see Snow Patrol TBH.

omg omg omg!!

best news ever.. me and my mates decided if we want to get a good space for oasis we might have to sit through a set by these bland f**kers.. but if they go out like lippy said we could get Kasabian.. man that would make my weekend!!

Well I love Snow Patrol AND Kasabian! So I was happy as I get to see Snow Patrol at V (assuming they don't cancel, hopefully not!) but then I was supposed to see Kasabian in Wolves on 25th August, it now looks as though they might have to re-schedule due to them having swine flu, booooo!!

Having had swine flu I would totally understand Kasabian cancelling dates. They will probably be kept in isolation and not allowed out *laughs out loud* Also it makes you so incredibly faint/dizzy, they would probably fall off the stage! ;)

    • It’s rare that I watch question time, but I almost felt sorry for Kenyon, he seemed like a guy just brought off the street which effectively is what he was, made worse by the fact Burnham and the Tory guy were very strong debaters. I think Burnham was very aware not to go too hard on Kenyon and risk him getting sympathy, in fact he pretty much ignored him.
    • Shambles. Transport and comms garbage. Been looking forward to this since last June and have never been to a more disorganised festival in 30+ years.  Why we were told the whole festival was cancelled for the night if they had put back shows for a few hours?  Pissed off to say the very least and put a huge downer on the rest of the weekend.
    • Rotten communication. Actually god awful. Posting sporadically on IG, closing Mordor only to reopen and cause some serious carnage. Left the festival as it got too much for my 16year old daughter. She was devastated about Alex G and Mac…but TV girl could have saved it. Took us until 1220 and already home to find out they might/are playing. Pish.    and on another note, this festival has lost its bastard soul. Gone are the wee tents with local sellers selling vinyl, t shirts etc, now you can buy a 50 f**king eur official T-shirt. The ar*e is truely out of this event now. I went to Porto for the first time last year and it was fab. I love Barcelona and the line up is always stacked, but this festival is a corporate loss take. Hopefully a better day tomorrow.
    • f**king horrendous and seems they couldn’t run an egg and spoon race.  zero info and the crush waiting to get in to see Massive Attack was potentially disasterous. Zero info, no stewards at all and was told that the whole evening was cancelled, when we got to the exit. Because it rained. First time attendee and i’ve got onsay, i’m far from impressed. Scalping bastard taxis asking €37 plus for an €11 fare too. Wonderdul.
    • Rumours are it's called The Lost Tour. In the US in September. Ireland in November (so UK+Europe a good bet around November/early December).
