Ponyegg
Considering the rubbish thrown on the ground by the Brothers Bar regulars (and that was on the Wednesday) I'd consider petitioning for no Brothers Bars, let alone more of them. MartinGooding
it always looked like there was a massive queue but i went quite alot over the weekend and never had to queue more than about 5 minutes, i think alot of people where just stood around the bar drinking and chatting and it made the queue look alot bigger than it was
curtains
Its just the walking to it aswell, it being the only one on site means you have to walk quite a way to get to it (Although it being worth it) but if its time for a quicky in between bands then you need one closer! ampersand
thats the first time ive ever seen queues there believe it or not. last year every time i wanted one, i was straight in and out. and to the person that said they just added a mixer to the lemon, they were doing that last year too wi the strawberry. Filthy
We were camped nearby and never had to queue more than 5 minutes apart from when Rolf was on. The queue looked massive but they were very efficient and there were a lot of people milling about. Also the Pie Minister queue made it look worse as it all mingled into one mass. I agree another one would be good at the other end of the site though.
spammachine
There have always been queues when I've been past it. To be honest, I think they should move it away from the Jazz world stage (or at least further away from the stage) - because at points, the brothers drinkers and queues can stretch right into the crowd trying to watch performers on stage. OssO_87
If more people gave a damn it would prevent that. Don't agree with the cup exchange thing though. There's enough restrictions and bureaucracy as it is. What is required is for people to take personal responsibility for their actions. That and a bit more education. ampersand
Yes but that is the minority that actually take personal responsibility for their actions you know most of these upper class people dont give a crap, you dont have to have the exchange thing to get a drink, say you just collect ten cups and you get 10p off or collect 300 for a free pint. People are never gonna use the bins no matter how many you have!!!!
eFestivals
I would think that just like all other stalls it's the choice of Brothers how many stalls they have. And they appear to have chosen to only have one. Having said that, there might be issues related to there being an official cider sponsor (Gaymers), which means that Brothers are only permitted to have one bar. howlin_pete
As peolpe have said, the people working there are so efficitant you never have to wait too long, theres like 1 person serving for every person at the bar. During The Streets there must have been a queue 10+ deep. After a couple of minutes I was starting to think 'f**k this' but then realised I was almost half way in. Detective McNulty
I didn't even see a Brothers bar. For that matter, there isn't enough bars in general. The place should be full of em.

HotChipWillBreakYourLegs
i would if there was more. every bin you passed seemed to be full to the brim. its not as if the bins are an eyesore, so i think they should get some more on site. glasto_mongrel_2008
Why does it always smell of vomit there anyway? Is it the Brothers Bar or something else causing the hum?

Langdale Wolf
Reminds me while we were waiting to watch Nick Cave by the Mandela Bar. This guy sits down, looking very pastey and worse for wear. Takes a few sups of his Barrow Hill, promptly turns to his right and hurls... and hurls... and hurls... Then still sitting where he was just continues his drink...
