I hate that graph, at least without context. Until it's accompanied by a definition of "harm", it is meaningless. (I suspect it's a weighted combination of harm to health, contribution to crime, contribution to other social problems, other factors -- but who choses how to weight it?)

Tannoy weilding maniacs have been there years.. well at least the last 6 or 7! They are mainly to stop people stggering into the access roads when vehicles are coming down. Agreed some people get a little over excited and excessive with them tho.

there is no such word or expression as "Im" ... and there is no such expression as "grammar to no end". In addition, you should have put a full stop, not a comma, after "drugs". now, where is your claimed supereriority [looks under carpet]...
