Numerically, you are absolutely correct.

There are more people complaining about the complaints, than there are complaining about non-complaints...

At the end of the day, y'all just love complaining! ;)

Im sorry, but you are just bang out of order about that.

I f**king hate it when people complain about my complaining about the initial complaints.

I think one thing we have all learnt from this messy thread is that LRW actually knows a fair amount more than us about the festival, and about life in general, and that we should take more notice of what he says in future.

Back to the stewards with their 'keep left'.

I'll gladly take that over the crushes of yesteryear. They were no fun at all to be in, and if allowed to continue, someone would eventually have died.

They were happening as recently as 2007. I'm glad to see the back of them.

I know more about drugs than an average user like yourself my friend. Its comes with studying pharmacy. They crap you put in your body aint drugs, its no more drugs that snorting a line of Bold 2 in 1. I think your the ignorant one. Just because you munched a couple of mushies at the stone circle doesnt make you an expert.

Do you often have an apostrophe embargo whilst trying to paint other people as ignorant?

You say that I am "an average drugs user".

You say I 'munched a couple of mushies at the stone circle".

You are speaking with such great knowledge, not about drugs, but about me.

Perhaps you would like to write my autobiography, since you know so much about me?

Once again, you preach from your mountain of ignorance!!!!

All hail the empty-headed king! Huzzah! Huzzah!

Idiot.

Looks like someone has their heroin needle in a twist.

I would think that I would be of higher intellect than someone who has ravaged their brain and their body with drug use. You need to talk to FRANK as you are obviously of an opinion that drugs are fine, an opinion that continues to fuel worldwide crime in places like Columbia, Mexico and indeed your own doorstep. Hmmmm, wonder how many people had to die for your quick fix? You are blinkered my friend. Take a look at the big picture rather than your own selfish vices.

    • First time for me, really enjoyed it. Nice venue, nice weather, good vibes, etc.   Notes on performances: CMAT's a great performer - seen her live twice now.  GANS are my favourite new act since Big Special, and live they're fantastic. Fellow Brummies too, so I'm all about that. The album's a bit disappointing though. Primal Scream were great, although I felt the crowd seemed a bit muted. The Libertines sounded knackered. Not sure they're suited to a festival. First time seeing The Royston Club, thought they were very good - the tent seemed to be full of kids on each others shoulders singing along. I'm all about that. First time seeing the K's, a bit disappointed. Didn't like his voice, and I felt like every song sounded the same as the last one. Sarajevo is a good tune, though. It still sounds like all the others, just a bit better.  The Maccabees and Two Door Cinema club were a but underwhelming, but Pelican by the Maccabees is a banger. It all sounded a bit Travis/Early Coldplay to me though. The Wombats took me by surprise - I expected 1 1/2 hours of 'Let's Dance to Joy Division' style indie-landfill, so I was surprised to hear that some of the rest of their stuff had dynamics and range. I still don't think they're any good, but I can't say they didn't surprise me either. Just not my thing.   Surprise of the weekend for me was Rizzle Kicks. Never listened to them before, but they got me out of my tent and into the arena as I was trying to nurse a hangover and I thought it was a blast.    Will probably go next year too.
    • Not really anything to say other than the fact I'm down at Opeth and this has been a cracking summer by and large here. Few duds, plenty of sellouts, strong weather, and the craft beer is cheaper than the regular bar. Winner winner, chicken dinner!
    • Pink Floyd night on sky arts time for me  to wallow in nostalgia and remember some incredible gigs
