I've got a feeling if MH do Download next year they'll second headline on the main stage, which id personally love!!

May sound a little biased but metal hammer are calling for them to headline!!

Wolfmother were meant to play this year but it didn't go through, must have been something to do with the new band not ready to do live shows, cus coming from Oz, they'd have to get quite a few to make the trip worthwhile I guess

Green Day, Rammstein and SOAD in my dreams

i can see some kind of shake up on the friday next year, with something a bit different, like a rock act that could go down well with metal heads, like muse of foo fighters? the organizers can then have them at IOW the same weekend. also could see Rammstein and maybe ozzy or Metallica there the other days

honestly wouldnt suprise me to see someone like any of those for a friday headliner.

i cant for the life of me work out why they've not put the prodigy as a headliner yet? as a crossover act they have a massive fanbase and if pendulum can grab the size of crowd they did this yr then prodigy would be immense...

Yeah prodigy did an interview for nme tv saying they chose second stage because they like to play in the dark (i.e they thought it would be a tent again) but it wasnt, so it didnt matter

I'd like to see the main stage follow this years booking more or less. Friday have a more 'alternative' vibe with someone like Foos/Pearl Jam/Muse/RHCP headlining. Saturday a more metal day with a modern metal band like, ideally, SOAD headlining an Sunday he singalong classic rock day with maybe Bon Jovi or Aerosmith.

With it being the 30 year anniversary of MOR next year do we reckon we'll get something big? Like maybe they'll finally manage to get a hold of AC/DC and Rammstein?

Nah, MOR and Download are 2 seperate entities. There has actually been a one day MOR since Download started that I believe took place at the MK Bowl in 2007, or possibly an earlier year.

I've accepted that SOAD will probaby not reunite so I'm changing my headliners to Green Day, Rammstein, AC/DC - probably way too expensive for Download though
