After reading this thread I think my excitement levels have peaked. Testing my tent this morning got me off to a good start, I've ordered a couple of ever-so stylish efestivals products to wear at the meets and now my heart is all aflutter with efest love. I'm actually a little bit weepy. But in a good way.

A singles thing you say? Would a 37-year-old straight bloke be welcomed to that, ideally by some gorgeous woman?

all the t-shirts and hoodies ordered since late Friday have been posted today.

Any more for any more? All orders made between now and Friday lunchtime will be posted first-class either the day of order or the next day (those ordered before Friday lunchtime will be posted Friday afternoon).

eFestivals t-shirts, hoodies, fleeces & hats

Great stuff, I have no idea what the average age of people around here is, so I didn't know if I was too old, too young, or what! :-)

Sounds like there's a whole efestivals subculture going on at Glastonbury that I managed to miss last year!

It does seem to be very organised this year. This thread has gotta be one of the most useful I've read on eFests. My personal organisation however is shocking. Haven't packed or thought about packing anything yet. I'm off work on Friday so I can get it done then ready to set off for the stones on Saturday morning. Last minute prep has always been my style. ;)

Yeah that'd be awesome cheers Lucy, I've still got to accuire it yet though. I'll fetch one on Friday. Also after seeing Chocky's Facebook status, I think another meet is in order. Are there any big department stores in Glasto town? It needs to be tested :O

I'd quite like to attend on of these meets

i reckon by the time we arrive, put the tent up and grab something to eat we're looking at early evening, so the Cider Bus sounds a good place to start

anyone able to give me an idea about the location of the fabled bus?

Just off from the Pyramid Field and just inside the beginning of the markets on the left...if coming from the Pyramid Field.

Where you see Solidarity Bar...that is also where the cider bus is...and if you look at page 1 of this thread there is a picture of the bus to help in the sighting and finding as well!

Look out for a 'soon to be efestivalised' fluro jacket and fetch your name sticker. No swapping until after your 10th pint of Burrow Hill, thems the rules :)

Right, I have been on these forums for a good number of years, made some good (Online)friends, but I am ashamed to say that I have never met another fellow efestival poster in the flesh!

The 6 o clock meets on the weds/thurs sound perfect to me and I think I will have to come along to one of these (Probs both!).

Be good to put a few names to faces

Be good to see a few faces getting more and more out of control as the night moves on.

:lol::)

Oh that baptism last year was pefect wasnt it?

GM...the shining example of what can happen when you arrive a Glasto virgin, on your own and camp up at the Triangle!!!

Arrived a meek, shy, first timer unsure of what to do and see...by Monday morning having spent 5 days in the company of Chocky, Dave, Aly and Paul...was eating his face off, bought the rest of me stash, had successfully worked his way through a new festy hat per day, I seem to recall pink sunnies may have also been involved and noone could get the Burrowhill cup out of his dirty paws for love nor money!

See kids...this too can happen to you!!! Come join the merriment at Glasto!

If I had pics I would post em!!!

For all Glastocisms...please refer to Early Morning Meet CT on Monday morning...I am even bringing a paddling pool!

I am not joking...about ANY of the above! :)

She is my mentor now as well, but I am certain that me and thee can have a good crack at forming our own Glasto clique if you want...

As a lone yet eager glasto virgin, I look forward to (with a small degree of trepidation) being glastocised please! hehe!
