If they cannot get a refund how come Seetickets are still selling a few ? I assumed the tickets people have been getting recently were returns.

IF the story is true though, thats a complete pain in the ass. Can't get a refund, can't use it. If it was me I'd give it away but even then I might be wasting someones time if they got turned away. It is on sale at face value.

I've got an ebay account, but to be fair, I don't have a problem with people selling their tickets at face value or less. It's not touting, merely recouping a loss. The festival has done great work in stamping out the scourge of the touts, but in doing so has really made the tickets non-transferrable. Which means that whenever they make their cutoff for refunds, some people will end up not being able to go (and I know there's insurance, but did many people take it out?? I didn't)...anyway, for what it's worth, I hate touting with a passion, but this isn't really the same thing.

I guess I wouldn't have a problem if the actual photo was on there as well, as it may make someone whos not so clued in as us to think about it. A lot did this last year. Guess I dont want someone to get ripped off
