Yeah, i think you'se are right.

I'm not wishing to be complaining about the lineup - believe me i am delighted.

But i am slightly disapointed that neither Radiohead or Arctic Monkeys are playing, seen as they're both playing Reading & Leeds.

I'm 16 and it's my first time at Glastonbury, so i'm gonna have a ball anyway...but i've said my piece

when i spoke to the boys from kasabian last they told me they had always been the forth headliner, the special guests tag came about as they didnt want to be known as a headliner when they were not headlining.

 - if they really believe that then it's been told to them to make 'em feel a bit special. I can assure you that another band was lined up for that slot.

Next time you speak to them (if you really ever do), ask them when it was sorted for them - I guarantee it was after eFests had run the 'no 4th headliner' story - at the time we ran that story, I know for certain that that slot was vacant.

After that other band became not-available, I guessed that Kasabian would get the slot because they were the major band at The Great Escape, and the guy who runs The Great Escape is the guy most responsible for Glastonbury bookings.
