I'd be up for some CD swappage if I'm not too late?! (manage to be late on this thread every year!)

Does this work okay?

Or are we adding Funkfarley's little sister?

No rush but I'm a busy man ;)

De Coverley, got the cds spinning now, thanks, they're brilliant. Have you heard from pehaw and whenjokersattack yet? Don't think they've sent me their addresses. Anyway, afternoon task is to mix some cds for your good self...

Two of my CDS were posted today. Had a total nightmare as I am in the middle of moving and only kept four discs out. First one messed up and another was really scratched. No cases kept out or anything and printer packed away. Damn my other half for being orginised so the two that went out today are extremely hand made. Sorry :D I have sent a small gift to compensate but it may not make the journey lol. That makes it sound a lot more interesting then it is.

Mardy your CD will be posted early next week and you will get a propar case and everything.

Am picking up my new CDJ tomorrow afternoon, so I can mix the CD on Saturday. I'm going to try to be ultra-organised and get envelopes and stamps ready so can drop it all in a mail box before I go clubbing Saturday night.

Word of caution:

I recently received a mix CD through the post, and they tried to charge me an extra £1.08 because the envelope was more than 5mm thick. It turned out the envelope wasn't too thick just a lazy postman hadn't tried to pull it through their measuring tool, so I didn't have to pay extra.

Make sure you check this out before posting, or use a very thin CD case.

    • Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
    • Yeah, I admit that a small part of me felt relieved when they announced that MA are canceled.. But on the positive side- got to see Florence Road afterall, and they were great
    • Glad I could take the €3 bus to Playa Catalunya! Hope y'all warm and dry up.
