I have heard that a new stage is to be set up outside the wall that will be headlined by The Kooks on Thursday, Scouting for girls Friday and Keane on Saturday.

The stage will be in Guatemala.

apparently it has a very dodgy guatemalan pyrotechnics rig and is liable to set the performers on fire. and the safety regulations for this stage say that no one is allowed to help the performers. but you win a prize if you pour petrol on them.

Add UB40, Coldplay and Kings Of Leon and it would be perfect festival to not go to.

Apparently bands have to sign a contract with a clause that says that all performances on the Sanity Stage are the property of the festival organisers, who are allowed to release them on CD and pocket all the proceeds. Many bands are refusing to play there, saying they don't believe in the Sanity Clause.
