Just spoke to a guy on the phone, he went away to check, came back and said they have sold out for now, but to keep checking as some more would be coming on sale. They have a fair amount put aside for competitions, but will either be drip feeding some back on general sale or have another sale with the remainder when they know how many the promoters want.

Why not pay money from your credit card into your paypal account then from there into a current account? Problem solved.

I personally find it extremely frustrating having to pay by debit card. I never use PayPal (and why should I have to....) and I don't own a debit card. I wish they would sort it out and allow credit cards.

I think it's good that they don't accept credit cards. Makes it harder for people to spend money they can't afford.

i've not ever known anybody not go who's wanted to, even people who've booked the week running up to the festival.

but a word to the wise - the original sale went on for nearly 20 weeks

Yeah, you stick in the registration details, asks you to confirm and then on the next page it says sold out!

I was meant to be going to do Camp America this year but due to the economy in the US, less kids are going to summer camps, more US students wanting summer jobs, meant i am no longer going. I forfeited my deposit back in January for this and now its gone pear shaped
