Mew?

Just seen that Mew have been confirmed for Latitude so I'm just wondering if there's any chance they'll get announced for Reading, would love to see them personally.

No idea how popular they are over here so any thoughts over were they'd go if they were to play? Saturday FR headliner would be nice in an ideal world...

I've only just realised people are refering to Janes Adiction and NIN, I thought they were talking about a band called NINJA!

Anyway, that is a really weird choice to support, I haven't even heard from Mew in 3 or 4 years.

I can see why artistically. With all the animations Mew have a similar kind of ethos to a live show to NIN, albeit totally different music styles.

I really hope Mew play Reading, but I'm going to Latitude to be safe. They were ace in 2005. Could see them being high up on the FR tent for sure.

I would love it if Mew played.

They would be fairly high up on the FR stage I would hope but last time they played Norwich it was only the Arts Centre which is 150 - 200 capacity.

I've seen them a few times and they blow me away.

I think they are quite rocky in places I can kind of see the NIN thing....but it feels an odd fit. I guess the fans who enjoy the more cerebral and obtuse NIN stuff most, will dig them.
