wont be frankie boyle, he's exclusive for either bestival, or camp bestival? (one of them)

allan carr headlined it in 05 so probably too big. Only reason i can remember that is that i remember missing his set so i could go watch arctic monkeys tear the carling stage a new arsehole :(

He said he wants to do more work in the UK, his new album is out tomorrow so there could be every chance

up to about 2 years ago he said he would never play a show out of America, then he came over to do the comedy store thing and has said he loves the UK more than America!

His impressions at the End of the Leeds set had me in stitches, he was supposed to do half a hour at Leeds and ended up doing 1hour 10min

Won't be anyone from mock the week, or anyone who are big enough to draw a crowd bigger than the relatively small tent. Chances are you'll have never heard of the headliners.

as a Reading only and it wasn't supposed to be his full stand up set, just a improv set.

Plus i don't think Phil Jupitus is that big a stand up comedian anymore, definitely not on the same level as Dara O'Brian and Russell Howard (both sold out year long tours)

    • 1. Baby Dave - Billy 2. A - Prang   Not really got round to listening to many more in May so not really fair to vote but shoutout to EPs from Bleech 9:3 - Bleech 9:3 & Villanelle - Measly Means
    • Guitarricadelafuente was bloody brilliant tonight. This is going to be a very Spanish focussed year for me. Rusowsky dragging out Las Ketchup on Saturday has the potential to be a Prima magic moment.
    • £112 for standard entry. No thank you.
    • Meanwhile Gracie Abrams is £92 for the cheapest with the average price around £160 for lower tier and £103 standing.   First time in a while I've gone from a definite yes to a definite no on price alone.   Amble was £31 this morning.
