WHAT THE FRIG??? some FOOL just literally came to my door and SHOVED some scrumbled yellow card through my door,thinking it was it was an ad for a curry place or something it turned out to be that APPARENTLY I WASNT IN...WHEN I SAW HIM PUT IT THROUGH MY DOOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just phoned them and,clearly a very disgrunteled,employee told me that they actually get paid MORE on their redeliveries????????

has anyone else had anything like this???

Seemingly standard practise for sms. However on a positive note i'm fairly sure Glasto didn't use their services last year and i believe they're doing the same this year

its royal mail this year, says so when you order your ticket. i guess they dont need as much security on sending tickets because of the photo id

Try living in Jersey! It's like we are on the moon.... they are never consistent, sometimes they'll post here sometimes they say we have to pick the tickets up.

In 2007 we booked 4 tickets at the same time two tickets for one couple two for us, the other couple had their tickets 2 weeks before and we were told they couldn't deliver to Jersey and that we had to pick them up when we got there. Figure that one out?? We live 3 miles apart why can they deliver up the road but not to us??

sms are a bunch of useless twunts. i've no idea how they get delivery contracts. took them 4 attempts to get tickets to me last year and then didn't even ask me to sign for them. secure my arse.

TNT are the worst ones, they were delivering a new kitchen for us, when they gave it to us it was a month late and they brought at 2:30 in the morning. We told em to F*** off and come back in the morning!

The royal mail employ ninja postmen in our area, they can get the "you werent in" card through the door in a split second, even when Im sat in the window watching out for the postmen

If its a parcel, they dont even bring the parcel out of the van, just the "you werent in" card

Im pretty sure it said on the confirm page when you make your final payment that they would use Royal Mail again for delivery this year. I know this as I have had so many problems with SMS in the past that it was a relief to see. I have logged probably 10+ complaints with SMS and Seetickets over the past 5 years or so and would rank them high on my list of worst companies I have ever dealt with. In my oppinion the stress of buying tickets with SMS involved almost isnt worth it. I actually try to use ticket master wherever possible so I can avoid SMS but as Seetickets has such a monoploy on UK events that its pretty hard to avoid them completely.

AAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they didnt come today cos there 'was an issue in the depot'....FIRED ALL OF THE COURIERS MORE LIKE COS THEIR ALL "TWUNTS" (as someone nicely put it)

AM I EVER GONNE GET TO SEE THESE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
