Kowalski
Agreed, however i just hope this isnt a sign of things to come. Ie-the festival leaving its dance roots and going more mainstream/rock.
scott_b_
Also confirmed on the Rockness website, Bassment Jaxx, Prodigy, Dizzy Rascal
Kasabianite
Since it became a two day event, there's always been non-dance acts. Plus, you suggested Kasabian should play in the Lineup thread.
twenty_foot_chickens
It's also a three day festival now - 12th, 13th & 14th of June. I'm really interested in this festival; three good headliners, minus Biffy Clyro. Looks really good. Let's get Soulwax, 2 Many DJs, Erol Alkan, Boys Noize, Justice, Digitalism, Hot Chip, Chromeo & Simian Mobile Disco and this would be perfect! Alah
Chromeo, LCD Sound System, Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip, Teddybears and The Knife I think would all be perfect for Rockness.

ploobz
Will Biffy be closing the Main Stage, and thus playing after the Prodigy?..because as much as I love them, the Prodigy need the darkness and will put on a hell of a show. Kyelo
I've gotten into Biffy of late but still don't see why folk rave about them. Nothing special. As to them playing above The Prodigy, fecking boll*x to that I say! Blasphemy!
jamjar602
Pretty sure It's been announced that Biffy are playing before Prodigy. Biffy are phenominal aswell, on record and even more so live (seen them 3 times, once before they were signed, then supporting Chili's at Hampden then at SECC last month) their use of complex time changes and the like are incredible, can't wait to see them and then Prodigy! Kyelo
Have you listened to the second album? Pure brilliance, best album they've done, much better than Puzzle.

_Warriors Dance_
Really dont like Biffy at all. BenchBuddah is correct. There's no comparison between Biffy and The Prodigy!
